Eligibility for Refunds
You may be entitled to a refund in the following situations:
- No Expert Assigned: If we haven’t yet assigned an expert to your order, you are eligible for a full refund. This is our way of ensuring that you do not pay for services that haven’t begun.
- Order Cancellation After Assignment: If you decide to cancel your order after an expert has been assigned, a partial refund may be available. The amount refunded will depend on the progress made on your order, ranging from 100% to 20%.
- Missed Deadline: If your order is delivered past the agreed deadline due to our error, you may qualify for a partial refund. We will review each case individually to determine the appropriate amount of compensation.
- Quality Concerns: If the final product does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards and you have not yet approved the work, we will investigate and issue a refund. Please note that once you approve the work, refund claims based on quality will not be considered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please be aware that any delays caused by bank processing times or fees are beyond our control.
