We guarantee not to disclose any of your personal data to any individual, entity, or firm except under the disqualifying conditions listed below. 3. Payment and Refund Policy:
- 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If adjustments are not satisfactory, a full refund minus the site’s processing fee will be granted. A User may file a complaint and request a refund within 14 days after the question’s due date. The Tutor and User may not correspond regarding the question during this period. MyStudyWriter may step in to determine the appropriate action, including refunds or disciplinary measures against the Tutor.
- Project cancelations are not allowed once the project is IN PROGRESS, except if the professor has not started the project; a partial refund may be granted.
- 100% refunds are granted without a processing fee if the project has not been assigned to a writer and the payment date doesn’t exceed 7 days.
- Late submissions will grant you a 10% credit of the project’s amount. If you want to cancel a late project, a 100% refund will be granted if the Paper has not been used; otherwise, it becomes the property of the site.
- MyStudyWriter may place a hold on any payments if a tutor violates these Terms or if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Service Level Agreement:
- General Availability: Our website is available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance and network access failures.
- Technical Support: For technical support, please initiate a support case by email. We will make every effort to reply within forty-eight (48) hours.
5. Copyright & Personal Use:
All services provided by Meritwriters.com are guaranteed to be original and plagiarism-free. The transfer of copyright associated with the service provided is for your personal use only.
6. Amendments:
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms anytime without giving you prior notice. If you keep using our platform after we make changes, it means you agree to follow the new Terms.
